Join us Aug 17th for a special OPEN MAT session outside at North Park. Open Mat training will take place by the lake from 10am-12pm followed by a picnic/cookout from 12pm-3pm. Friends and family are welcome and encouraged to attend. More details to come. We hope to see you all there!

Sessions own instructor Kevin Goodwin will be teaching a NoGI workshop at Mata Leao Jiu-Jitsu academy in Erie, PA. Focus will be on Shin-In sweeps and transitions to SLX and X-Guards. Looking forward to seeing many of our members there!
